Polhov Gradec Castle and the TMS Museum of Post and Telecommunications

Walk through a beautiful park and step back in time.

Polhov Gradec Castle is a manor, located on the Calvary Hill, above the village of Polhov Gradec. The foundations of the castle or fortress were probably built in 13th or 14th century. For centuries the castle was rebuilt by the owners. The Technical Museum of Slovenia took over the administration of the castle and opened the Museum of Post and Telecommunications and a local's museum collection. You can arrange an amazing wedding in the unforgettable wedding hall or pavilion in the park. Have a cup of tea with the Count Blagaj, read a good book in the Library under the treetop during the summer or visit some other cultural event.
